In celebration of the Hispanic Heritage Month, Belas Artes' Latino Legacy Project presents a cultural, educational and entertaining event with presentations by leaders and authorities from governmental, educational and business sectors regarding Latinos and the US economy, followed by the unveiling of five stamps celebrating Latin American music icons by the US Post Service and closing with a musical "Musica Caliente" featuring those artists.

CilĂ©ia Miranda-Yuen invites speakers such as Mr. Jacob Prado, Consul of Mexico, Dr. Onesimo Sandoval, PhD, Karlos Ramirez, Executive director Hispanic Chamber of COmmerce, and Dr. Christopher Chavez, PhD; among others who will provide brief overviews of past, current and future implications for the economic growth of the United States.
